Using the ML.NET framework for machine learning

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s využitím knihovny ML.NET pro strojové učení. Nejdříve jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy a algoritmy strojového učení. Dále je čtenář seznámen s vlastnostmi knihovny ML.NET, které jsou představeny na jednoduchých ilustračních příkladech. Práce se také zaměřuje na vestavěný nástroj nesoucí název Model Builder, sloužící pro automatickou tvorbu modelů strojového učení. V neposlední řadě je na úloze typu Intrusion detection ukázáno použití zmíněné knihovny ML.NET.

Abstract:

The main gold of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint readers with the use of ML.NET framework for machine learning. First, the basic concepts and algorithms of machine learning are presented. Furthermore, the reader is acquainted with the features of the ML.NET framework, which are presented on simple illustrative examples. The thesis also focuses on a built-in tool called Model Builder, used for automatic creation of machine learning models. Last but not least, the Intrusion detection task shows the use of the mentioned ML.NET framework.
