Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o agresi ve zdravotnických zařízení. V této době je toto téma stále více aktuální. Případů napadených zdravotníků roste. Zajímá se o vysvětlení pojmů vztahujících se k agresi a popisuje prevenci agrese. Praktická část se věnuje managmentu agrese pomocí systematické rešerše. This bachelor's thesis is about aggression in the health care institutions. This topic is more and more discussed these times. The number of cases of attacked health care providers has been growing. It takes interest in explaining poems, which relate to aggression and it describes the prevention of aggression. The practical part is about management of aggression.
