Abstract:
Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit současný stav v oblasti získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve zvoleném podniku a následně jej porovnat s teoretickými východisky a doporučenými postupy. Následná analýza a identifikace případných nedostatků poslouží jako podklad pro návrh možných řešení pro zefektivnění tohoto procesu v uvedené společnosti.
Abstract:
The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out the current situation in the field of recruitment and selection of employees in the chosen company and then compare it with theoretical starting points and recommended procedures.
