Abstract:
Fibrilarin je S-adenosyl-L-metionin dependentní metyltransferáza snoRNP komplexů. Nachází se v DFC regionu jadérek a jeho funkcí je metylace rRNA, zpracovávání pre-rRNA, regulace sestavování ribozo-mů metylace histonu 2A. Tento protein je složený ze tří domén. N-terminální doména má lokalizační funkci a zprostředkovává ribonukle-ázovou aktivitu fibrilarinu. Centrální doména váže RNA a společně s C …moreAbstract:
Fibrillarin is an S-adenosyl-L-methionine-dependent methyltransfer-ase of snoRNP copmplexes. It can be found in the DFC region of the nu-cleolus and its function is rRNA methylation, pre-rRNA processing, ri-bosome assembly regulation, histone 2A methylation.
