Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu na založení podniku. Teoretická část je věnována struktuře podnikatelského plánu. Jsou v ní popsána i specifika podnikání v ČR včetně právní úpravy podnikání a systému třídění podniků dle velikosti. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu na založení podniku formátu hudebního klubu. V rámci této části byla vypracována marketingová strategie a sestaven finanční plán projektu, jsou provedeny analýzy trhu, konkurence, rizik a SWOT analýza. Velký důraz je kladen na hodnocení finančního plánu, ze kterého plyne závěr, že zakládaný podnik by měl být relativně rentabilní.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with creating bussiness plan to establish a new company. Theoretical part is dedicated to the structure of a business plan. It describes the specifics of entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic including its legislation and the enterprises' size classification system. Practical part engages in the creation of a business plan of a new enterprise which will be a music club. It includes the assembling marketing strategy and financial plan of the project; the performing market, competition, risk and SWOT analyses. This part puts special emphasis on the evalutation of the financial plan, which results in the conclusion that the new enterprise is likely to be profitable.
