Hlavním cílem diplomové práce „Analýza dopadů certifikace ISO na výkonnost podniku“ je zhodnotit míru vlivu implementace norem ISO v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se kvality, jejího řízení, a výkonnosti podniku.
