Issue of investment certificates

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá investičními certifikáty. Soustřeďuje se zejména na jejich postavení ve struktuře kapitálového trhu, jejich historii, jednotlivé druhy, emisi, právní úpravu a rizika. V praktické části analyzuji jednotlivé akciové tituly pro sestavení určitého investičního certifikátu a jeho emisi. Hlavním cílem práce bylo srovnat výnos investičních certifikátů s výnosem korporátních dluhopisů a výnosem při nákupu jednotlivých akcií společností, které byly v certifikátu obsaženy.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on investment certificates. The main topics were their place in the capital markets as an investment product, history of investments certificates, issue of certificates, different types and risks that go along with investing into this type of securities. In analytical part there is fundamental analysis of different corporations, that are in my invesvestment certificate, in order to issue the investment certificate. The main goal of this thesis was to compare yield of investment certificates with yield of corporate bonds and stocks.
