Snižování energetické náročnosti objektů a jejich negativní dopad na školní prostředí

Abstract:

Trend posledních několika let je snižování energetické náročnosti staveb, které postihlo i budovy školství. V této práci se dozví-te, proč snižujeme energetickou náročnost staveb a jaké dopady úpravy za účelem snižování této náročnosti mohou mít na vnitřní prostředí školy a následně na žáky. Práce je rozdělena na teore-tickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je třeba pracovat s odbornou literaturou a platnou legislativou včetně technických norem. Následně provedu průzkum škol za účelem zjištění, zda na jejich budově provedli nějaké opatření za účelem snížení energe-tické náročnosti budovy. Dále na vybrané škole (SPŠ Stavební Jo-sefa Gočára) provedu analýzu stávající učebny, PC učebny a stu-dovny, které vznikly po úpravách za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti budovy. Na základě analýzy a dotazníkového šetření ze škol a od uživatelů navrhnu doporučení pro zlepšení mikroklimatu.

Abstract:

Recent years have seen the efforts to reduce energy performance of buildings, a trend which has effected school buildings as well. This work deals with the reasons for reducing energy per-formance of buildings, but also with the possible impact of such efforts on the internal environment of schools and on their students. The work is divided into a theory part and a research part. In the theory part it is necessary to use information based on specialized literature and relevant legal regulations, includ-ing technical norms. In the research part, I will first conduct a survey of several schools to find out whether and how they have refurbished the building in order to reduce the energy perfor-mance. Next, at a chosen school (SPŠ Stavební Josefa Gočára) I will analyse the study room, a PC classroom and one of the reg-ular classrooms, which all have been reconstructed in compliance with the task of reducing the energy performance of the building. Based on the analysis of the data and the questionnaire obtained from the schools and the users, I will recommend a strategy for improving the microclimate.
