Abstract:
Práce uvádí základní údaje o povodních, definuje povodňové případy v oblasti dolního Labe a seznamuje s konkrétními protipovodňovými opatřeními sloužícími k eliminaci škod způsobených povodněmi. Shrnuje literaturu zabývající se danou problematikou.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents the collection of basic data about floods. It shows a number of definitions of the flood cases in the area of Lower Elbe and it attempts to introduce the particular methods of flood control used for the elimination of the damages caused by floods. The thesis also summarizes the literature dealing with the given issues.
