Role of public administration in the Czech Republics prison system
Abstract:
Deskripce stavu vězeňství v České republice uvnitř odvětví justice a popis interakčních vztahů s ostatními odvětvími, které procesy ve vězeňství ovlivňují a analýza těchto procesů s využitím požadavků vycházejících z požadavků platné legislativy veřejné správy.
Abstract:
Description of the state of the prison service in the Czech Republic inside the branch of judiciary and the description of the interactions with other branches, which affect cases in the prison service and the analysis of this cases by using requisitions comming out of demand of valid legislature of public administration.
