Kauce byla zavedena do zákona o silničním provozu ke zvýšení vymahatelnosti práva u dopravních přestupků v roce 2006. Práce se zabývá analýzou tohoto insti-tutu a to jak v teorii zákona, tak i v aplikační praxi. Nelze opomenout ani problema-tické napojení na institut zabránění v jízdě při neuhrazení kauce. Abstract:
The bail was adopted into the Czech national law in 2006 to increase the enforce-ment of driving offences. Diploma thesis analyzes the bails both from the theoreti-cal point of view as well as applicability. It is also important to point out the prob-lematic connection between bails and defending of driving in case of not-paying the bail.
