Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na účetní řešení transakcí s podnikem souhrnně nazývané akvizice. Každá část práce je zaměřená na určitou oblast: část je věnovaná definicím důležitých pojmů, věcné podstatě různých provedení akvizicí (podstata akvizicí určuje postup řešení) a účetním metodám. V další části je popsána legislativní úprava v rámci Mezinárodních účetních standardů IAS/ISFR a poté podle českých předpisů.Poslední dvě části jsou věnovány konkrétnímu příkladu z praxe a demonstrace již dříve uvedených poznatků na praktických, zjednodušených příkladech – majetková akvizice, kapitálová akvizice s dopadem do konsolidované rozvahy a zpětná kapitálová akvizice s dopadem mezinárodních a českých standardů.

Abstract:

Following diploma dissertation is focused on accounting solutions of business transactions,comprehesive called acquisition.Every part of the work is focused on certain area: The first part concerns definitions of important terms, matter – of – fact of different fulfillment of acquisitions (the principle of acquisition determines the procedure of solution) and accountig methods. Next part describes legislativeadjustment within the Czech regulations. Last two parts concern particular practical example and demonstration of pieces of knowledge on practical, simplified examples – property acquisition, capital acquisition with an impact on consolidated balance sheet and reverse capital acquisition with an impact of international and Czech regulations.
