Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je nalezení objektivizované hodnoty společnosti Partners Financial Services, a. s., která působí v oblasti finančního poradenství. Práce je fakticky rozčleněna do několika částí. Po úvodu a stručném představení společnosti následuje srovnávací finanční analýza oceňované společnosti s konkurencí. Následuje strategická analýza a analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a na ni navazuje finanční plán. Na základě předchozích analýz byla vyslovena hypotéza o dlouhodobém pokračování společnosti, následovalo tedy ocenění společností výnosovou metodou- DCF equity.

Abstract:

The aim of thesis is to find objectivized value of the Partners Financial Services, a.s., which operates in the area of the financial advice. The tesis is divided into several parts. After introductions and introduction of the company followed by a comparative financial analysis of the Partners and competition. Followed by analysis and strategic analysis, generators of the value and financial plan. Based on previous analyzes, the hypothesis of long-term continuation of the company, followed by valuation by the DCF equity method.
