Bakalářská práce se zaobírá vypracováním učebního textu pro předmět základy strojírenství na Střední škole technických oborů v Havířově. Téma bakalářské práce zní: Povrchová úprava materiálu. Cílem práce je vytvoření učebního textu, který obohatí stávající učební materiály určené studentům a učitelům a přehledným způsobem přiblíží možné povrchové úpravy materiálů při výrobě a údržbě automobilů.
