Abstract:

Štandardizácia dnes zasahuje do každej oblasti a inkjetová tlač nie je výnimkou. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zmapovaním dostupných štandardov dôležitých pre hodnotenie kvality výtlačkov z pohľadu profesionálneho aj bežného užívateľa. Sú to predovšetkým výťažnosť tlačových zásobníkov, rýchlosť tlače, zasychanie tlače a archívna stálosť. V záverečnej časti práce sú uvedené aj dôležité štandardy pre polygrafi u v oblasti predtlačovej prípravy, ktoré využívajú inkjetovú tlač pre nátlač a kontrolný výtlačok. Jednotlivé hodnotené parametre spolu s príslušnými štandardami boli zoradené chronologicky tak, ako sú potrebné. Od všeobecných vlastností zariadení a komponentov cez tlač až po hodnotenie vlastností samotného výtlačku. Z rešerše vyplynulo, že hodnotením niektorých vlastností sa zaoberá viacero štandardov, ktoré daný parameter hodnotia rôzne a pri výsledkoch je teda nutné udávať aj použitý štandard a v závere sú jednotlivé štandardy porovnané. Ďalej bolo zistené, že stále neexistuje dostatočný štandard, ktorý by charakterizoval inkjetovú tlač kolorimetricky, podobným spôsobom ako je charakterizovaný napr. ofset štandardom ISO 12647-2.

Abstract:

Today, standardization reaches into every section and inkjet printing is not an exception. This bachelor thesis overviews standardization of parametres that are important for evaluation of inkjet print quality from both the professional and the common user point of view. The parameters mainly include ink cartridge yield, printing speed, ink drying time and print stability. At the end of this thesis are the most important standards that employ inkjet for proofi ng and validation prind are also included. The evaluated parameters with the relevant standards were ordered according to their importance of application in graphic arts ? from these describing general characteristics of the devices and its components through the printing process to these that evaluate properties of the hard copy. The survey showed that some properties are described in more than just one standard, whereas the test methods vary thus showing the need to indicate the test method employed together with the results. A brief comparison of the diffent test methods is presented in the conclusions. The research further reveals that there is still not a standard that would characterize the inkjet printing in such way as does for example the ISO 12647-2 standard in the fi eld of ofset lithography printing.
