Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dodací paritou v mezinárodní kupní smlouvě. Práce přibližuje vývoj mezinárodních pravidel pro výklad dodacích doložek INCOTERMS a popisuje nejaktuálnější verzi z roku 2010. This bachelor's thesis is concerned with delivery terms in the international sales contract. This work evaluates the development of INCOTERMS, rules for the use of domestic and international trade terms, and presents the latest version of 2010.
