Anotace:

This Diploma Thesis captures the essence of management approaches in the tourism industry. It examines the nature of tourism, the tasks and challanges tourism managers have to face and their possible solutions. The focus of the paper is on the growing number of Chinese tourists arriving to the Czech Republic. The reasons behind this trend are examined and the opportunities to attract more Chinese tourists is analyzed from a managment point of view.
