Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prevence vzniku škod, resp. prevence újmy jako takové. Úvodní kapitola se věnuje vysvětlení pojmu prevence a některým východiskům občanskoprávní úpravy. The thesis deals with the issue of prevention of damages, respectively, prevention of injury as such. The introductory chapter is dedicated to the explanation of the term of prevention and some foundations of civil law.
