Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stresu u manažerů. První část práce vymezuje klíčové pojmy související s teorií stresu včetně duševní hygieny. Druhá část práce navazuje na teorii a zkoumá pomocí kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody výzkumu, jakým způsobem manažeři vnímají problematiku stresu a jak se stresem následně pracují. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of stress among managers. The first part of the thesis defines key concepts related to the theory of stress, including mental hygiene. The second part of the thesis builds on the theory and examines, using quantitative and qualitative research methods, how managers perceive the issue of stress and how they subsequently work with stress.
