Cost Analysis of the Catering Company in 2014

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je zpracována analýza nákladů společnosti XY, která se zabývá cateringem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické, se zabývá základními termíny a dalšími pojmy týkající se nákladů a analýzy nákladů. Ve druhé části, praktické, se práce detailněji zaměřuje na náklady společnosti XY. Je zde provedena jejich podrobná analýza se zaměřením na náklady vynaložené na nákup surovin. Cílem této práce je navrhnout taková opatření, která povedou k maximálnímu snížení nákladů a tím k dosažení lepšího výsledku hospodaření do dalších let.

Abstract:

In this thesis,the cost analysis of the catering company XY is processed. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the theoretical one, the thesis deal with essential terms and other notions related to the costs and the cost analysis. In the second part, the practical one, the thesis is focused on costs of the company XY in more details. The detailed analysis is presented there, with the focus on costs spent on a purchase of material. The aim of this thesis is to suggest the appropriate measures which would lead to ultimate decrease in costs and therefore would achieve a better income in future years.
