The issue of transfer housing units from ownership of housing cooperatives into ownership of members of these cooperatives

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces transformace bytových družstev formou převodu vlastnictví bytových jednotek. V první části se zabývá legislativní úpravou a vymezením klíčových pojmů v souvislosti s bytovými družstvy a společenství vlastníků. Následující kapitola poukazuje na specifika vlastnictví v rámci privatizace bytového fondu obcí a měst. V této části seznamuje také se základními účetními postupy bytových družstev, včetně způsobů financování majetku a péči o něj. Ve druhé části práce analyzuje a identifikuje dopady převodu bytové jednotky z majetku stavebních bytových družstev a ostatních typů bytových družstev, včetně jeho zobrazení v účetnictví. Závěrečná část je věnována vývoji bytových družstev a společenství vlastníků v ČR v letech 2007 až 2014.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the process of transformation of housing co-operatives in the form of transfer of ownership of housing units. The first part deals with the legislative regulations and definiting of key concepts in the context with the housing cooperatives and owners units. Further the specifics of property of housing cooperatives and owners units by way by the privatization of fund of villages and towns are shown. The second part analyzes and identifies the impact of transfer of housing units into managing of building housing co-operatives and other types of housing co-operatives, including its views in accounting. The final section is devoted to the development of housing co-operatives and owners in the Czech Republic between 2007 and 2014.
