Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerským účetnictvím a jeho vedením ve vybraném podniku. V rámci manažerského účetnictví je tato práce zaměřena na analýzu zobrazení nákladů, výnosů a zisku, přičemž je kladen důraz na alokaci režijních vnitropodnikových nákladů a výnosů a vliv této alokace na zobrazení výsledků hospodaření jednotlivých vnitropodnikových středisek. The bachelor thesis disserts on the management accounting and its administration in a chosen company. This work is focused on the costs, revenues and profit analysis within the scope of the managerial accounting.
