Evaluation of Economic Efficiency of Investments

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se nazývá Hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic a zabývá se implementováním dynamických metod hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic do malé společnosti Benztranzit spol. s r.o. Pomocí metod čisté současné hodnoty a vnitřního výnosového procenta hodnotí investiční záměr této společnosti. Jedná se o investici do pořízení vlastního pozemku a budovy, kam bude přestěhováno sídlo společnosti a do vybudování mycí linky pro nákladní automobily v tomto novém areálu.

Abstract:

The title of this diploma thesis is Evaluation of efficiency of investments and is concerned with implementation of dynamic methods to evaluate efficiency of an investment project in a company called Benztranzit spol. s r.o. The investment project of the company is evaluated by using the methods of net present value and internal rate of return. It is an investment in the acquisition of its own building with land, where the seat of the company will be moved and where a car wash for trucks will be built.
