Motivational Programme of a Company

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce - „Motivační program podniku“ - je analýza používaných motivačních nástrojů vybraného podniku a vlastní návrh motivačního programu. V teoretické části vysvětluji pojmy motivace a stimulace, představuji hlavní motivační teorie a charakterizuji pracovní motivaci a motivační program podniku. Aplikační část se zaměřuje na společnost Elsev, s. r. o., kde provádím empirický výzkum stávajícího motivačního programu firmy. V závěru praktické části uvádím návrhy a doporučení na změny konkrétních motivačních nástrojů podniku, jenž vychází z dotazníkového šetření ve firmě a následně navrhuji motivační program obsahující změny, které by měly zlepšit motivaci a spokojenost pracovníků.

Abstract:

Das Ziel meiner Diplomarbeit- „das Motivationsprogramm des Unternehmens“ – sind die Analyse der verwendeten Motivationsinstrumente des ausgewählten Unternehmens und der eigene Vorschlag des Motivationsprogramms. Im theoretischen Teil erkläre ich die Begriffen der Motivation und der Stimulation, stelle die wichtigsten Motivationstheorien vor und charakterisiere die Arbeitsmotivation und das Motivationsprogramm des Unternehmens. Der Anwendungsteil wird auf die Gesellschaft Elsev, GmbH orientiert, wo ich die empirische Forschung des bestehenden Motivationsprogramms ausfhüre. Am Ende des Anwendungsteil führe ich die Vorschläge und die Empfehlungen für die Änderungen der konkreten Motivationsinstrumente des Unternehmens an, die aus der Fragebogensnachforschung in der Firma ausgeht und nachfolgend schlage ich das Motivationsprogramm enthaltend der Änderungen vor, das die Motivation und die Zufriedenheit des Mitarbeiters verbessern sollte.
