Tréma a její dopady na výkon interpreta

Stage-fright and its effects on the performer

Abstract:
Cilem této práce je popsat problematiku trémy, její fyziologické a psychologické projevy, které se vzájemně ovlivňují. Dále obsahuje několik doporučení, jak s trémou pracovat a varování čemu se při potlačování trémy vyvarovat. Práce také obsahuje průzkum, jak muzikanti vnímají trému a jak s ní pracují.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to describe the problems of stage-fright, physiological and psychological manifestations that affect each other. It also contains some suggestionson, how to work with the stage-fright and warning what to avoid in stage-fright. The work also includes a survey of how musicians perceive stage-fright and how they workwith it.
