Molluscs of the Klabava River valley between Rokycany and Dýšiná

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést inventarizační výzkum měkkýšů na území údolí podél Klabavy mezi Rokycany a Dýšinou s délkou 6,3 km. Bylo prozkoumáno 24 lokalit. Každá lokalita představovala vytvoření jednoho sběru. Výzkum probíhal od července do listopadu roku 2021. Bylo nalezeno a určeno 2064 jedinců, z nichž bylo 24 druhů plžů (Gastropoda) a zbylé dva druhy mlžů (Bivalvia). Ve zkoumaném území se nejčastěji vyskytovaly suchozemské druhy Alinda biplicata s četností 451 jedinců. Arianta arbustorum obsadila místo druhé s počtem 223 jedinců a třetím nejpočetnějším druhem byl Perforatella bidentata s počtem 182 jedinců. Naopak nejméně zastoupeny byly druhy Eucobresia diaphana a Zonitoides nitidus. Za nejzajímavější považuji druh Perforatella bidentata. Nejhojněji druhově zastoupena byla čeleď Hygromiidae, z které se v údolí podél řeky Klabavy na území od Rokycan do Dýšiné objevily druhy Monachoides incarnatus, Perforatella bidentata, Trochulus hispidus a Urticicola umbrosum.

Abstract:

The target of this bachelor's thesis was to perform inventory research of molluscs in the valley along the Klabava between Rokycany and Dýšina with a length of 6.3 km. There were examined 24 localities. The field research was carried out from July to November 2021. There were found and determined 2064 individuals in the investigated area. The research found 24 species of gastropods and 2 species of bivalve molluscs. The most frequently occurring terrestrial species include Alinda biplicata with a frequency of 451 individuals, Arianta arbustorum with 223 individuals and Perforatella bidentata with 182 individuals. On the contrary, the least frequently occurring species include Eucobresia diaphana and Zonitoides nitidus. The most valuable species in my research include Perforatella bidentata. The most represented family include the menials Hygromiidae, of which the following species appeared in the valley along the river Klabava in the area from Rokycany to Dýšina. These species are Monachoides incarnatus, Perforatella bidentata, Trochulus hispidus and Urticicola umbrosum.
