Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem rodinného závodu. Jde o nový institut, který zavedl zákon č. 89/2012Sb., občanský zákoník. Cílem mé diplomové práce je představit tento institut. This diploma thesis deals with topic of family enterprise. It is a new institute which was introduced by statute no. 89/2012, Civil Code. The aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce this institute.
