Tato práce zkoumá jazykovou úzkost na jednom českém gymnáziu na vzorku 74 maturantů. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat, jak čeští studenti gymnázií prožívají jazykovou úzkost, vedlejším cílem je pak nabídnout pohled studentů na to, jaké může mít jazyková úzkost potenciální zdroje a následky. This thesis examines foreign language anxiety in a Czech grammar school on a sample of 74 final-year students. The primary aim of the thesis is to describe how do Czech grammar school students experience foreign language anxiety, the secondary aim is to offer students’ perspectives on what are the potential causes and effects of foreign language anxiety.
