Práce se zaměřuje na seznámení čtenáře s náhradou běžného bankovnictví, a to elektronickým bankovnictvím. The thesis is focusing on introducing the reader to an alternative of common banking, the electronic banking. It also presents electronic communication channels, which can be used by client to communicate with bank and to administrate his or her accounts, describes their functioning, technical capabilities and potential applications.
