Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o problematice odpovědnosti mladistvých za přestupky. Práce je rozdělená celkem do čtyř kapitol, z nichž tři jsou teoretické a jedna praktická. Teoretická část obsahuje základní charakteristiku přestupku, rozčlenění zákona o odpovědnosti za přestupky a řízení o nich a specifika týkající se mladistvých. This thesis is about problematice of juvenile liability for the administrative delicts. Thesis is divided into four chapters, which three of them are theoretical and the last one is practical. Theoretical chapter includes primary characteristic of administrative delicts, breakdown of law of liability on administrative delicts and proceedings on them and the specifics relating to juvenile.
