Diplomová práce se zabývá houbovým patogenem Sphaeropsis sapinea, který se masivně rozšiřuje především na borovici černé (Pinus nigra) a v součinnosti s dalšími stresovými faktory způsobuje její chřadnutí a odumírání. Práce shrnuje známé poznatky o působení a vlivu tohoto patogenu na stromy, sleduje možnosti obrany a ochrany, v laboratorních podmínkách hledá fungicidní látku, která by účinně omezovala …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with fungal pathogen Sphaeropsis sapinea, which extends massively mainly to the Austrian pine (Pinus nigra). Dieback and die of Austrian pine are caused cooperation between stress and Diplodia blight. Thesis summarized the knowledge of the effects and influence of this pathogen on trees, monitors the possibilities of defence and protection, finding a fungicide in the laboratory …more
