Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na nerigidní zarovnání orgánů pacientů s rakovinou prostaty pomocí algoritmu TPS-RPM. Jelikož je ale algoritmus TPS-RPM na velkých objektech velmi výpočetně nákladný, orgány jsou před použitím TPS-RPM podvzorkovány pomocí techniky Poisson-disk sub-sampling. This thesis focuses on the non-rigid alignment of prostate cancer patient organs using the TPS-RPM algorithm. Additionally, since TPS-RPM is very computationally expensive on large objects, a Poisson-disk sub-sampling algorithm is used to simplify the organs before computing TPS-RPM.
