The role of procathepsin D in cancer development
Abstract:
Prokatepsin D je lysozomální aspartátová proteáza, která je ve zvýšené míře exprimována a sekretována různými typy nádorů a nádorových buněčných linií. Studie v posledních 10 letech ukázaly, že zvýšená hladina prokatepsinu D ovlivňuje růst, invazivitu a metastazování nádorů. Abstract:
Procathepsin D is lysosomal aspartyl protease, which is overexpressed and hypersecreted by many types of human tumors and cancer cell lines. Studies in the last decade have shown that overexpressed procathepsin D influences tumor growth, invasion and metastasis.
