Tématem mé diplomové práce je zavádění efektivních změn v řízení podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je predikce budoucího stavu vybrané společnosti A, který povede ke zvýšení efektivity jejího výkonu. The theme of my diploma thesis describes how to establish the effective changes in business management. The aim of this thesis is the prediction of the future state of chosen example of company A, which will improve the company efficiency.
