Předmětem diplomové práce „Rozpočetnictví jako nástroj řízení nákladů podniku“ je analýza současného stavu sestavování rozpočtů a plánů v dceřiné společnosti ZKL Bearings CZ, a.s. The thesis “Budgeting as a cost management tool in a company” analyzes budgeting process in the company ZKL Bearings CZ, a.s. In the theoretical part, the thesis is a compilation of scientific literature on the subject of budgeting, determining variations and their control.
