Cílem této bakalářské práce je obeznámení s problematikou legislativní úpravy úpadku a způsoby jeho řešení. Tato práce je zaměřena na celkový průběh a jednotlivé fáze řešení úpadku, podrobnými charakteristikami jednotlivých částí společně s kroky a zásadami, které jsou nezbytně nutné pro správnost průběhu konkurzního řízení. The aim of this bachelor´s work is getting to know the problems of legislative adjustment of bankruptcy and the methods of solving it.
