Analysis of the results of local elections in the municipality of Nova Ves in the years 2010 - 2014

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou komunálních voleb v obci Ostrožská Nová Ves. Analýze jsou podrobeny volební výsledky v letech 2010 a 2014. V teoretické části je práce věnována historii obce Ostrožská Nová Ves, dále se seznámíme s pojmy, které úzce souvisí s obcí a obecní samosprávou a poté se budeme zabývat problematikou komunálních voleb. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky voleb do obecního zastupitelstva v obci Ostrožská Nová Ves v letech 2010 a 2014. Cílem této práce je analyzovat postavení politických stran v obci a posoudit tyto volební strany z hlediska volební úspěšnosti. Pozornost bude také věnována věkovému složení kandidátů do obecního zastupitelstva, dále se zaměřím na to, jak úspěšní jsou nezávislí kandidáti bez politické příslušnosti. V neposlední řadě se budu zajímat o to, jaký vliv měla občanská aktivita kandidátů na výsledky voleb do obecního zastupitelstva.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the municipal elections in the village of Ostroţská Nova Ves. The data collected is from the election results in 2010 and 2014. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the history of the village in Ostroţská Nova Ves, as well as becoming acquainted with concepts that are closely related to communities and local government. Then we will deal with the issue of municipal elections. In the practical part there is an analysis of the results of the elections to the municipal council in the village of Ostroţská Nova Ves in 2010 and 2014. The aim of this study is to identify the position of political parties in the community and assess these political parties in terms of electoral success. Attention will also be paid to the age structure of the candidates to the municipal council, we will also focus on how successful. are independent candidates without party affiliation. Finally, I wonder just what impact did the civil activity of candidates for the election results to the municipal council.
