Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice diskriminace v pracovněprávních vztazích. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy týkající se pracovněprávních vztahů, rovnosti, rovného zacházení a diskriminace a jejích forem. Dále analyzuje právní úpravu diskriminace jak v České republice, tak v rámci Evropské unie. Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of discrimination in labour relations. Here are explained the concepts related to labour realations, equality, equal treatment and discrimination and its forms. Furthermore it analyzes the legal treatment of discrimination as in the Czech Republic so in the framework of the Europian union.
