Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá registrací k DPH v jednotlivých členských státech a jejím cílem je určit, zdali je možné prostřednictvím správně nastaveného systému registrace snížit počet daňových úniků. První část diplomové práce je věnována procesu registrace v České republice a zahrnuje problematiku osob povinných k dani, plátců DPH a identifikovaných osob. Dále tato kapitola charakterizuje skutečnosti vedoucí k registraci k DPH a následný registrační proces. Druhá kapitola posléze popisuje registrační proces ve vybraných členských státech a závěr diplomové práce je věnován analýze vzájemné závislosti daňové mezery a registračního procesu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with VAT registration in individual Member States and its aim is to determine whether it is possible to prevent tax evasion by means of a properly set up registration system. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the process of registration in the Czech Republic and includes issues of taxable persons, VAT payers and identified persons. Furthermore, this chapter characterizes the facts leading to VAT registration and the subsequent registration process. The second chapter then describes the registration process in selected Member States and the conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the interdependence of the tax gap and the registration process.
