Krystalizace proteinů - nástroj k pochopeni jejich funkce

Crystallisation of proteins- tools to understand their function
Abstract:
Basic knowledge of biomacromolecular crystallization is discussed in the theoretical section of this thesis, which is introduced by brief historical turning points of mentioned phenomenon. There is thrown some light on methodology, key principles and the main influencing parameters of crystallization. Methods using sitting and hanging drops are compared in experimental part.
Abstract:
Teoreticky táto práca zahrňuje základné poznatky kryštalizácie. Začiatkom je načrtnutá stručná história dejín, poukazujúca na príčiny a cestu vzniku kryštalizačných experimentov. Vysvetľuje princíp vzniku kryštálov, postupy ako ho čo najideálnejšie splniť a dotýka sa aj ovplyvňujúcich faktorov celého procesu. Praktická časť vyberá a porovnáva metódy visiacej a sediacej kvapky.
