Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenční pozice firmy „MOPO“ spol. s r.o.. Předmětem podnikání této firmy je prodej náhradních dílů a příslušenství na osobní automobily. Konkurenční prostředí bude analyzováno pomocí STEP analýzy, Porterova modelu a analýzy konkurentů. Ti budou zaneseni do strategické mapy. The bachelor work deals with the analysis of the competitive position of the company MOPO Ltd. The line of business of this company is to sell the spare parts and accessories for the automobiles.
