The verification of stability of lipoprotein(a) in serum and the effects of temperature on lipoprotein(a)
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám stanovením lipoproteinu(a) v séru. Cílem mé práce je ověřit stabilitu lipoproteinu(a) v séru po zamrazení na -75°C po dobu jednoho a tří měsíců. Ověření jsem prováděla na dvou vybraných skupinách vzorků.
Abstract:
In my bachelor‘s thesis I deal with the determination of lipoprotein(a) levels in serum after freezing at -75°C for one and three months. I have performed the verification on two selected groups of samples.
