Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku jednotné patentové ochrany v EU. Autor se zabývá zejména tím, jak je nastaven právní rá-mec jednotné patentové ochrany s tím, že zvýšenou pozornost věnuje otázce ústavní konformity, a to zejména v oblasti nezávislosti soudní moci. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of unitary patent protection in the EU. The author deals mainly with how the legal framework of unitary patent protection is set up, with increased attention being paid to the issue of constitutional conformity, especially in the area of the independence of the judicial system.
