V první části jsou obsaženy informace z anatomie, biomechaniky a kineziologie hlezenního kloubu. Dále zde popisuji incidenci a etiologii, prognózu a klinické projevy nestability hlezna, možnosti diagnostiky a typy léčby této problematiky. The first part contains information about the anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the ankle joint. I have also described the incidence and etiology, prognosis and clinical manifestations of ankle instability, diagnostics options and types of treatment of this problem.
