Cílem diplomové práce je odhalit faktory, které ovlivňují negativní projevy byrokracie. K tomu je využito syntézy teoretických poznatků vybraných osobností, které se touto oblastí zabývaly a zejména dotazníkového šetření. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors that influence negative symptoms of bureaucracy. In order to achieve this goal there has been made a full use of a synthesis of various pieces of knowledge of chosen personalities, who had been investigating this area, utilizing primarily the method based on questionnaires.
