Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací dopravně-logistických procesů ve vybrané společnosti. V rámci optimalizace se autorka zaměřuje na analýzu a optimalizaci rozvozových tras společnosti. Rozvozové trasy společnosti mají formu okružních jízd. Pro optimalizaci těchto tras byly zvoleny modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda a Clarke-Wrightova metoda. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky, dopravy a operačního výzkumu ve vztahu ke zkoumané problematice. V aplikační části je představena zvolená společnost a je analyzován stávající způsob realizace rozvozových tras společnosti. Následně je provedena optimalizace rozvozových tras pomocí modifikované Vogelovy aproximační metody a poté pomocí Clarke-Wrightovy metody. Na základě výsledků Clarke-Wrightovy metody byly navrženy nové rozvozové trasy, které vedou ke snížení nákladů na pohonné hmoty.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of transport and logistics processes in a selected company. As part of the optimization, the author focuses on the analysis and optimization of the company's distribution routes. The company's delivery routes take the form of sightseeing tours. A modified Vogel approximation method and the Clarke-Wright method were chosen to optimize these routes. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis describes the basic concepts in the field of logistics, transport and operations research in relation to the researched issues. The application part introduces the selected company and analyzes the current method of implementation of the company's distribution routes. Subsequently, the distribution routes are optimized using the modified Vogel approximation method and then using the Clarke-Wright method. Based on the results of the Clarke-Wright method, new distribution routes have been proposed, which lead to a reduction in fuel costs.
