Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvoření inovačního rámce pro firmy s aplikací na již konkrétní firmu, která stojí před důležitou inovací. V práci je vytvořena vlastní metodika spojením a dvou teorií. První je nově vyvinutá kreativní teorie zvaná "Teorie Deseti", v tomto případě sloužící k hodnocení podniku a nalezení výchozích podmínek pro inovaci. The main goal of this work is to develop an innovation framework for companies, with application on an existing company, that needs to pass through a process of innovation. In this document a new methodology is created by merging two theories into one.
