Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na syntézu nových derivátů pralidoximu jako potenciálních reaktivátorů organofosfáty inhibovaných cholinesteras. The bachelor thesis is focused on the synthesis of new pralidoxime derivatives as potential reactivators of organophosphate-inhibited cholinesterases. In the theoretical part, important enzymes of the cholinergic system are presented, and at the same time, their mechanism of inhibition and reactivation is described.
