Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Hodnocení výkonnosti firmy po přechodu na vykazování v souladu s Mezinárodními standardy účetního výkaznictví“ je vyhodnocení výkonnosti vybrané firmy pomocí metod finanční analýzy po přechodu na vykazování v souladu s IFRS a porovnání s výsledky finanční analýzy dosaženými před přechodem na IFRS. První část je věnována modelům a metodám hodnocení výkonnosti firem, druhá část je zaměřena na metody uznávání, oceňování a vykazování vybraných položek účetní závěrky. Ve třetí části je na příkladu vybrané společnosti znázorněn převod vybraných položek účetní závěrky podle české legislativy na závěrku podle IFRS. Dále je provedena finanční analýza společnosti z účetních výkazů sestavených podle ČSÚ i podle IFRS a následně zhodnoceny rozdíly.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Appreciation of the company performance after the transformation to reporting in accordance with the IFRS” is evaluate the performance of selected company using methods of financial analysis after the transformation to reporting in accordance with the IFRS and comparison with results of the financial analysis achieved before the transition to IFRS. The first part is dedicated to the models and methods of appreciation of the company performance. Second part is focused on the methods of recognizing, assessing and reporting of selected items of financial statements. In the third part is on the example of selected company is illustrated conversion of selected items of financial statements in accordance with Czech legislation to financial statements in accordance with IFRS. At the end is done the financial analysis from financial statements prepared according to ČSÚ as well as to IFRS and subsequently the differences are evaluated.
