Analysis of non-profit organization management as an instrument to prevent violations of budgetary discipline
Abstract:
Záměrem práce je analýza hospodaření vybrané neziskové sportovní organizace, se zaměřením zejména na proces sestavování a čerpání rozpočtu a na problematiku čerpání dotací v rámci dané organizace. Dále jsou v práci kontrolní mechanismy v účetnictví organizace, které by měly sloužit jako nástroj prevence porušování rozpočtové kázně.
Abstract:
The intention of the work is the analysis of economy of non-profit sports organizations. The students will focus on the process of compiling a budget spending and the issue of drawing subsidies within the organization. The student will also focus on control mechanisms in the accounting of the organization, which should serve as an instrument to prevent violations of budgetary discipline.
